Really wanted to say thank you for sending the biography print out on Donis Hill.  She sounds just beautiful and cheerful- I feel very happy to have one of her dolls!!  I saw my new doll in one of her exhibits on the print out in 1973- so my dolly has had some special times!

Just wanted to let you know that my beautiful girl arrived safe and sound on Wednesday.  To say I’m totally in love would be an understatement.  The pictures just couldn’t show how beautiful she actually is!  Her dress is amazing and I can’t stop looking at her…..I can’t believe how big she is!!!  She is my dream come true!  I can’t thank you enough!

She's here, and she's perfect! No wonder, she's had such good care and packing. She's quite a wonderful survivor from another time, and it will be very satisfying to add a few items to her wardrobe. Meanwhile I'll introduce her to some of the other Old Darlings, and find her a safe place in the cabinet. Thank you so much for all your time and your thoughtfulness. It's been a pleasure --

I have received my restored Ginny doll, and I am also delighted by her beautiful hair.  Your new restoration expert did a great job!  She is much more dramatic than the birthday Ginny you worked on for me a couple of years ago.   I am also delighted by her satin slippers with their tiny rhinestones and by her new panties.  Thank you for including them.  I hope you and yours have a wonderful Christmas!

My cousin Sue and I really enjoyed meeting you last Saturday. Thanks for selling some of the dolls so quickly!

Driving home, Sue and I agreed that we were happy to leave Aunt Uppie's dolls with you--we knew they'd be treated with care. Your shop is the kind our aunt would have loved. (Her family nickname was Uppie--she used to wear her hair up all the time and my father called her Miss Uppity, which got shortened. Bet no other family ever had an Aunt Uppie!)

Anyway, thanks again for all your time and effort and have a Happy Thanksgiving--

I also wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your most recent article in Dolls magazine regarding pricing of antique dolls. Hooray for you! I think antique dolls, now more than ever, have to be taken one at a time and priced for their "presence", using the value books only as a guide and not "law". I am going to copy your article and pass it around to doll friends and future sellers I meet. Maybe we can all turn this value dilemma around. Thanks. -Rosalie from Illionis
