Debra Gulea has been buying, selling,
appraising, and restoring antique dolls since 1990 and opened the Mullica Hill
shop Debra's Dolls in February 1995. Debra is a graduate of Temple University
and also holds masters degrees from Temple and LaSalle Universities.
Debra
Gulea is a UFDC judge specializing in wax & papier mache dolls and a longtime
member of NADDA. She has written articles for Antique Doll World, Antique Week,
Antique Doll Collector, and Doll Reader magazines and was the "Talking About
Antiques" columnist for DOLLS magazine for three years. Debra’s photographs have also appeared in numerous doll publications. In June 2009, one of Debra’s travel photographs was selected from over 100,000 entries to appear in National Geographic’s Your Shot publication.
Debra has been married since 1997 and lives with her husband and their
three children in Mullica Hill. The Gulea family enjoys collecting
antiques, travel, reading, gardening, going to the beach, and spending
time with one another.
