The Effanbee Doll Company was founded in 1912 in New York City, and was famous for producing the Patsy Family dolls from 1928 onwards. We will be selling modern versions of Patsy, Patsyette, and Wee Patsy at our shop. These dolls are not reproductions, but rather reissues by Effanbee, using the original circa 1928 molds. Our offerings include Beach-time Patsy, Kitty Keepsake, Little Orphan Annie, Little Flapper, and more. We are also able to special order any Effanbee doll currently in production.
