ORDER PURCHASE
All dolls are shipped through United Parcel Service (UPS) or via US Priority Mail. Insurance is highly recommended. Due to the recent increase in shipping rates, we no longer routinely double-box antique dolls for shipment; if you would like to have your doll double-boxed for added protection, please request this at the time of purchase, and be prepared to pay a higher shipping fee. Checks must clear before dolls are sent. Shipping costs vary,
but usually start at $20. a doll. Dolls may be returned within 3 working days
for a full refund minus shipping expenses. Dolls must be returned in the same
manner and in the same condition as sent. International orders are shipped via
Air Mail through US Postal Services.
LAYAWAY
POLICY
Layaway
is available for up to one year depending on the price of the doll and prices
are firm on all layaway purchases. Regular monthly payments must be made. If a
payment is missed there is a 30 day grace period during which the account must
be brought up to date. If the account is not brought up to date, or if another
payment is missed during the course of the layaway, the layaway will be canceled.
There are 30 days to select an item of equal or lesser value to the amount paid.
If a selection is not made, the layaway will be canceled and the deposits and
all payments made will be forfeited. There are no refunds on layaway purchases.
Cancelled layaways are also subject to a $35 restocking fee. |

ADDITIONAL
TERMS
Acceptable
forms of payment are cash, personal or business checks, cashier's checks, money
orders written on a US bank account, and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, and American Express. NJ 7% Sales Tax will be added to the purchase
price of dolls shipped to residents of NJ unless a valid resale number is provided.
A 5% discount is provided on antique and vintage dolls if payment in full is made
with a credit card. A 10% discount is provided on antique and vintage dolls if
payment in full is made with check, money order or cash. Sometimes a greater discount
can be offered, so always ask for the "best price". Please note: new
dolls (including those by Lee Middleton, Kathe Kruse, Effanbee,
Vogue, and NABCO) are already priced 10% below suggested retail price, and therefore
will not be discounted further, except if they are currently on special promotion
(please inquire). There is a $35. fee for returned checks.
